STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are very nice while getting you into a home, but once your in a lease with them they are the biggest nightmare. NOT WHAT A MILITARY FAMILY NEEDS TO DEAL WITH ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH!!!! While living there it was horrible, trying to get anyone to fix ANYTHING was hell. The repair men would come without Holtzman calling to let you know they would be there, I was in the shower when one of them let THEMSELVES in!!!!! Scaring me and my son started screaming thinking someone broke into the house.

That is only one of the things I and many other military wives have been through from this company.

Everyone I know who rented from them took their all of their deposits at the end of the lease.

After PCSing we had to wait 30 after we moved out to get a letter saying that they took our 1,395 deposit and are charging us $993 dollars on top of our deposit.

I only received ONE receipt explaining the $614 dollar fee for cleaning the floors in the house.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! The reviews speak for themselves
