Royal Crown Limousines

I am very unhappy with the experince that I had with this company. The driver was late in picking up my party, we were promised a fully stocked vehicle (it was not and we actually had to stop during the trip at a gas station to get ice), the limo was in very rough shape inside, the air vents in the back did not even work and rain dripped through one of the windows. There was no GPS in the limo and our driver made multiple wrong turns. When I asked for a partial refund, I was told that I was the first customer that has ever complained about the company and was then offered 2 free hours for a 4 hour trip! As if I would ever do business with them again!!
