USA Plumbing

Living in the mainland and owning a few rentals in the Big Island, I've been using Frank for a couple years in doing all the plumbing problems for all my tenants. My tenants feel comfortable of the quality of his work, and I can entrust him with my rental properties.

Frank has been my plumber for a long time, and I appreciate that being a long time customer, there have been moments where he decided not to charge me because the job was too small of a job to really name a price on it. He always answers the phone, and if he doesn't, he would definitely call you back in a short amount of time. He gets the job done, and I appreciate all that he's done for me for these past few years.

USA Plumbing - I've been using them for the past 6 years and they never cease to amaze me. Whenever I call him for any sort of plumbing service, he's always there to pick up his phone. Always gives me a fair price, always gives me a warning in advance if prices go up, never charges secretly. Frank is upfront, and is definitely the reliable plumber you need.

Long Story Short. I needed a plumbing contractor to do a job near Hilo

Called Frank Bonafeceo at USA PLUMBING He gave me an "Estimate" only

for almost $2000 I made a big mistake (Guy looked trustworthy. NOT)

I gave him $1000 deposit cash (Big Mistake) I needed to postpone construction

for a while. Got two more Estimates one for $650 and one for $680

Called USA PLUMBING asked for MY $1000 "Deposit" back.

Frankie (Owner) said NO with a bunch of BS excuses.

Went to court It was clearly stated on "The Estimate" and the judge

Clearly did not listen to my testimony. Frankie LIED STRAIGHT TO THE JUDGE

AND SAID I NEVER GAVE HIM THE MONEY. True Story... so I am here to warn the residents

of The Big Island NOT to do Business with USA PLUMBING (Big Blue Truck Billboard)

He is a Liar, and a Cheat. Also come to find out that he did some work for

some friends in the past and he Jacked and Jacked the price after the

Original Estimate. More BS excuses.If Frankie had been Honest NONE of

these words would be necessary.

DO NOT do Business with this LIAR and CHEAT.

Don't let his fancy truck and bells and whistles fool you. Beware of this rude and abusive person, he is anything but professional to the customer and his employees!! He does not include normal installations in his generic contract form and will hit you with all kinds of surprise extra costs.

The workmanship is sub par and if you do hire him wear earplugs so you don't hear him cuss all day long. What a miserable experience!!

This guy has really good quality plumbing, you can't say anything about it . It's really good . The first time I saw him , I knew he automatically knew what he was doing .
