Pets Avenue Hawaii

I went to get pet food 15 minutes before there closing time and they had already locked the doors. There is only one work that is helpful there. There is no way to find the store hours unless you go to the mall. There is none online and they don't have a answering machine that states the store hours. They are also over priced on items ranging from pet food to the fish as well as pet cages... worst pet shop in the state

The store was clean but the employees were listening to a radio that was too loud for the animals to be listening to for so long. I could hear it from pretty far away from the store and there was a bird perched within just a few feet of the music source. It would have been better to see the bird on an actual perch with access to water instead of a grooming stand. The staff seemed nice enough, but completely unaware of what effect the music might have on the pets.
