I would have given them zero or negative stars, but that wasn't a choice. I recently took my Powerstroke 6.0 diesel truck to Vince at Mach 1 Motorsports for replacement of the high pressure oil pump. He said it was a two day job, it took him 3 weeks! After 3 weeks he only billed me for 12 hours of labor performed. What was happening all that time? He will not give me an answer.

He also destroyed my paint and refuses to take responsibility for it! My hood and driver door need to be entirely repainted. Obviously my hood was used as a shelf during the 3 weeks he had it, there are two large circular gouges. The driver door has a huge gouge in the center of it, obviously from being opened into something in a crowded shop. The only excuse he can come up with is "I'm too careful, I couldn't possibly have done that." He literally tried to tell me he doesn't make mistakes.

If you value your paint, don't go near this place! The owner, Vince, takes absolutely no responsibility for it. His shop is a mess, that's why this happened. He also left the inside of my truck, the seat and the carpet, filthy. When I went to pickup my truck and saw him doing a test drive he was extremely dirty from laying on the shop floor, but had no problem getting in and out of customer vehicles like this. Very unprofessional.

I can't tell you if he did my engine work correctly or not, but I would guess "or not". After paying for the work I had to go back twice, once for him to turn off the check engine light he should have already turned off, and again to reattach my degas bottle and wiring harness that he left flapping loose. Truck only ran for two days before I had to take it back to another mechanic.

I knew I wouldn't get the same kind of service I would from a Ford dealer, but this place is pathetic. Please save yourself the trouble.
