Old 21 Motors

I bought a vehicle on a Friday, paid cash. I was told it had a 30 day warranty, but when signing final paperwork the salesman tried having me sign a no warranty paper. Brought it to his attention, he said he would check. Signed warranty paper after all. On Monday, it started leaking a lot of oil. There was no way I could drive it all the way back to the shop without blowing up the motor. So I put it in a shop around my town. The bill was $603. I called to tell them about it, he (chris) said he would talk to owner and get back with me. No return call. I even told them I wasn't wanting all the money returned. Tried calling again. no answer, called from a different phone. They picked up. I was then told the owner said he wasn't doing anything. So after 3 days I spent a extra $603 on repairs. Just feel that they could of offered to pitch in on repairs. Had I drove it to them, the motor would of blew up at cost both of us a lot more. Won't do business with them again. Buyer Beware

I bought a 97 rodeo a 2004 silverado extended cab 4x4 2500hd 6.0 and a 2005 silverado crew cab 4x4 6.6 with in the last 3 years from these guys all still running no issues and if there happens to be something else over there I like I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again

I purchased my 2005 Ford F-350 from these guys and they were great. worked with me as I obtained financing and the truck has been great. I have had it almost a year now and still not a problem with it.

I bought a couple trucks from these guys I had no issues Will buy again

My daughter (Julie D.) bought a 2007 Aveo at this dealer and had several problems that popped up right away. When she tried to call the dealer they would not answer or return her calls so after several attempts she called me and I told her I would try. What do you know, they picked up on the first ring. I explained what was happening on the car and was told that they were not going to take care of the problem. Obviously I was getting a little upset and I told them that I was going to have another emissions test done I suddenly found myself listening to a dial tone as they had evidently hung up on me. While there is nothing I can do to them legally, I can try to save as many people heartache as possible

Please do not go to Old Hwy 21 Motors! I was taken advantage of when purchasing my car there. My old Chevy Aveo was totaled out back in June and I shopped forever until finding what I thought was a fair deal at Old Hwy 21 Motors. While what they did was not illegal, it is definitely a shade place of business. First, they said they were going to replace the tires and when I got there the tires were not replaced and the price was still the same. Still an okay deal, so I bought it. Then sank 600 dollars into new tires, an alignment and brake pads for the rear brakes which I didn’t know were bad. Secondly, they filled out the title incorrectly so I had to make repeated trips to the DMV to try and work the problem out. Third, my check engine light came on after only 3 days of driving the car. It was the Catalytic Converter! My mechanic said that small dealerships trying to score a deal will turn off the engine light and pass the emissions test on 4 out of the 5 scores and then sell you a car that needs hundreds of dollars worth of work. I tried calling them and instead of answering my phone calls they would ignore them. While we were purchasing the car they kept saying if anything happened within the first 30 days to let them know but when I got home the paperwork had no warranty at all! Just word of mouth! I was definitely taken advantage of because I didn’t know enough about cars and actually had the audacity to trust that they were decent human beings. I can’t do anything about my situation except to turn them into the BBB but I at least want to help others out there that might think about purchasing something from them. Be VERY wary and get EVERYTHING in writing! Better yet, don’t go there!!!
