I have been using Dr Reed for 30 years. He has taken care of 5 dogs and 3 cats. He has always been there for us. In an emergency with 2 of our dogs who werexat their end of life he showed compassion and kindness. I am a nurse and am very picky about the care my animals receive I have never been disappointed in Dr Reed.

I highly recommend Jefferson Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a veterinarian for their pet. Dr. Reed and the staff are I have extremely kind and do an excellent job! I have taken all of my dogs there, including once for one of them to have some teeth removed. I have also had one cat declawed there and another one who had a urinary tract infection. Dr. Reed is very committed to his work, even going so far as to come in on a Sunday night, while it was storming, to see our dog after she had a seizure. Love them and trust them to give my pets the best possible care!

I only rated it one star because I had to rate it as something. It doesn't even deserve that. I would highly recommend taking your pets elsewhere.

Set one price for surgery for a Rottweiler and all was said and done. Month later a bill shows up for an addition $120. Has really no idea what he is doing anymore and does the bait and switch tactic.

We had a minor emergency with our cat, and called JAH because they are really close to us. They got us in very quickly, even though we had never been there before. They were very kind, attentive and thorough. We will definitely go back for future care.

The receptionist LIED to me, about there being a vet available when I had to make the terrible decision to put my 17 year old cat down 3 days before Christmas. I was crying and they simply didn't want to deal with me or my cat.

I highly recommend avoiding this establishment.

Dr Reed & Staff are Awesome. Their detail to pets and their owners is remarkable.
