Universal Gymnasts Inc

Wow.... we have been going to this gym for the past 2 years. We have looked past the unappealing smell, lack of parking and seating. Unfortunately 2 classes were cancelled and when I called to reschedule nothing worked with our schedule. When I asked about a refund I was told to make one of those times work or I could have a refund but would not longer be allowed at the gym. I have never received an ultimatum like this from ANY business. When I asked for the refund I was told by office manager Robyn that we were still allowed to come to the last class. However today I received a voicemail from Cheryl that said she was asked to call me and say that stated "since I was no longer a member of UGI I would be refunded for the last class of the session and that it would be refunded to my account and that I could call if I had any questions." Question 1) don't they need my credit card number 2) why did Robyn say we were welcomed to finish the session 3) why did they call after hours?
