        EXTREMEMLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CAN'T MAKE APPOINTMENTS. DO NOT SHOW UP WHEN THEY DO TELL YOU THEY WILL. IT HAS TAKEN 4 VISITS TO STILL NOT GET RID OF OUR INFESTATION. I WOULD STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE
