Innovative Exteriors

We were disappointed with the customer service from Innovative Exteriors/Jason Weaver. We had a new roof put on our garage a couple months ago. Jason Weaver had given us a reasonable estimate, and assured us that the tear off, installation and clean up would be done within a day. The final cost was much higher than estimated (additional disposal fees, extra work that was overlooked when the initial inspection and estimate was done). He asked for the balance to be paid at 5pm although his workers were still finishing up the job. It took 2 days of phone calls to get his crew to come back and clean up the debris in and around the garage, and he has still not returned to replace the gutter guards as promised. Numerous phone calls, voice mails, and text messages have been ignored.

While the work was satisfactory, the price was higher than expected, and the poor customer service was unacceptable. I would not hire this company again.

We had Innovative Exteriors repair and also tear off and roof our home. We were very pleased with their work. They were patient with my wife and I as we chose our colors and style. They even drove us to an area where they had completed jobs to show us how our color choice would look. They completed the job in 2 days as they had promised. Their workers were courteous and very efficient in their clean-up. Our roof looks great. We would certianly recommend them to everyone.
