Q Nails

Didn’t listen very well to what I want, I was also cut multiple times with just about each that was used. My friend was yelled at after requesting coffin shaped nails and was never asked how short she wanted them. Also their Facebook post about a student deal and other deals is Totally deceiving. Didn’t catch mine nor my friends nail techs names unfortunately. I most definitely will not go back to this place they were way too rude and rough for my liking.

Tina is wonderful!! I've been coming here for 5 years. She does a great job and is very thorough. Everyone in the shop is very friendly! I highly recommend QNails.

I have been going there for years. Last month I took my daughters. My 11 year old messed up one of her nails. I offered a $10 tip for them to fix it. A lady approx. 40 yrs old started yelling at my daughter. I still gave the tip and chalked it off as a bad day. I went back yesterday with my daughters. This time the same lady did my nails. She charged me $30 just for a polish change (no gel or upgrades) and my nails look horrible. The nail polish had to be bad since my nails are cracked and have tons of air bubbles in them. I went back today to see if I could get someone else to fix them and the same lady was there and refused to fix my nails. She told me I was too picky and said she only charged me $5. I have my receipt still and debit card transaction both show $30. I informed her of that and she still refused to fix my nails. I will never go there again. She over charged me for bad polish. I could have done better than this!
