Pain Solutions of High Point

I had a similarly negative experience at my last appointment. I was never directly informed that my supplement insurance was dropped--I asked why they were not accepting the insurance policy that had been previously accepted and they then admitted that it was no longer accepted since my last appointment. When I questioned this, the response was that I "could find a new pain clinic", which is what I am intending to do!

While Janice and her immediate medical staff were great at what they do . The office staff dropped our insurance,not informing me as to what the reason was, and did not notify me until the day of our last appointment,all the while insisting that they had, however that is NOT the case. The office staff was rude at almost every visit,now I am left with the task of finding another pain provider at the last minute through no fault of my own.Thanks to Janice,a final prescription was written for me, which was very much appreciated.However,the office staff,and their procedures and rudeness along with the constant paperwork make each visit a dreaded occasion until you get back to the treatment area.This, along with the NON notification of the dropping of my insurance prompted this review, people need to be aware that this happens and they will insist they notified you when they did NOT.

Janice is wonderful as is the entire staff. The lidocaine injections I receive in my neck and shoulders work great and I'm pain free until my next visit. Janice is gentle and the injections are virtually painless. She has a great disposition and truly cares about the reasons for your pain and helping ease your pain as much as possible. I am so grateful I found Pain Solutions of HP.

It has made a big difference in my ability to manage my chronic pain and be able to accomplish all the tasks I need to in my day-to -day life. This clinic has been great to me and my recovery from hip replacement surgery. The stuff here is so friendly and been so helpful.

they have a kind and friendly staff that takes time with you to understand your personal needs and that don't look down on you for needing help. I don't know what I would have done without them. I can now continue to run my business and have a life. It's a great place to start your journey to feeling like a whole person again.
