Tico Credit of Hickory

I've been a customer with Tico for 2 years now and I have not seen any of the behavior in the other reviews. The employees have always been nice and polite when I have dealt with them. I would be a return customer any time.

Very bad customer service, they don't return phone calls, very unprofessional, don't recommend anyone to do business with them

All the people that work here are mean and don't have any sympathy for those who can't make a payment they are the worst workers I ever seen I suggest going somewhere else because they are the WORST!!!!

This is the worst finance to go to!! The people there are horrible towards costumers and have a lack of respect!! The manager is horrible towards customers and so are the others!! I cosider going somewhere else because these people are rude, horrible and disrespectful!!! Like I said worst place to go!!!!!!
