        Overall

        Poor customer service. They're not very prompt when it comes to delivery and was very disappointed with their customer service because when talking to the lady on the phone, she was not very professional and started becoming very rude towards me. I now get my fuel through another company who have wonderful staff and services. Never again will I go through Ferrell gas or refer them. A friend of mine had the same issues with ferrelgas.
