Petersen Pet Hospital is here to treat the dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, mice, and pocket pets of the greater Hiawatha, IA area. We are an AAHA-Accredited, Fear-Free Certified, Cat-Friendly Practices® certified, and low-stress handling facility. Our services include preventive and wellness care, sick visits, vaccinations, microchipping, allergy and dermatology testing, laser therapy, echocardiogram, x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab, pet dentistry, surgery including spay/neuter, orthopedics, mass removal, pain management, and more. We are open six days a week and we look forward to meeting you and your pet!
