These people are horrible, rude and unethical. I had a car accident last year and required a root canal and crown on one of my front top teeth. They left my tooth infected for months because they would not treat me without full payment (about $2,000). They did not finish my treatment until I received the settlement for my accident even though I was in pain. When it was time to put the crown, the guy didn't even know what he was doing. He put one on that was huge and totally the wrong color. He replaced it for free after I complaned (because it was his fault) but shoved it in my face every time he got the chance.



Once my root canal and crown were completed (about 6 months after my accident), they told me I had a few cavities, and that I should come back in soon. I had spent so many months at the dentist that I put this off for a while. A few months ago I started feeling a lot of pain on the left side of my mouth, so I went to him to do the fillings. He checked my mouth and said I had no cavities, and that I should simply massage my gums to relieve the pain. I could see in his face he was lying but decided to let it go and go elsewhere. Three months later I continued to feel pain so I went to a another dentist for a second opinion. It turns out I have several cavities, and one has gotten so bad that I was given a root canal. Ramon Valle sent me home and told me to massage my gums. Now I have to go through this very unpleasant root canal process again and dish out hundreds of dollars I don't have. If Ramon Valle had been honest months ago, I might have only needed a simple filling. If he did not want to deal with my insurance, or whatever his reason, he should have told me what I had and suggested I went elsewhere. Last year, I paid that man every last cent I owed him for the treatment required after my accident, so I don't see why he would just send me away.



I always felt these people were rude and unprofessional, but they were the only ones that were available the day after my accident and had begun my treatment, so I stayed there.



I am angry, and I usually do not go out of my way to complain about things like this. But thanks to Ramon Valle, I am in pain and worried about the costs of this root canal and crown I now require.



Please DO NOT go to this dentist. Him and his wife (who helps run the place) cannot be trusted.
