New York Arcade

My friend recomended this place to me and I must say this was a horrible experience! Most of the machines were reserved, yet no one was there to play them and when asked why are they reserved if no one is here to play them The employee seemed to be in a bad mood and was extremely rude. Other regular customers noticed the issue but are no one spoke up. If i was the owner I good look into this as when I sat down the people next to me commented that the machines were constanly reserved by the same people. I hope the fix the place it seemed cozy but full of drama..
