My name is Bruce Cohn I was on hold for 35 minutes today. My order for catheters was placed by the cleveland clinic 8 days ago. I received a telephone call on monday from you that my shipment was to arrive today,wednwsday. I received 90 packets of lubricant and no catheters. I notified my insurer as to my dissatisfaction with you and am going complain to the florida state board of professional regulation as well as to medicare to see of the is fraudulent billing, I m hoping that my insurer will discontinues doing business with you.
