I would spend my time and money with another company. Big Promotion does a decent job as long as there are no issues or problems. However the minute an issue appears, prepare for an all out assault. I think they operate from a business philosophy of "there is always another customer." I had two orders - one went well and I was happy. The second did not go smoothly and I was not prepared for the accusations and abuse their customer service department threw at me. You may have a different experience, but as I stated from the beginning, there are tons of promotion-type businesses out there that would do a great job for you and would value you as a customer.
