Everything went very well when working alongside Atlantic Forklifts & Parts. Our own company would not be where we are today without them. I would highly commend their team for their amazing service and quick delivery of their trucks. We really appreciate how quick they respond and set up and how helpful their team is. They offer the latest model trucks that really fit with what we represent as a company. Getting to work with them is so refreshing because they really care about their customers. What I think is the best quality of Atlantic Forklifts & Parts Inc. is their incredible customer service. We have been using them for years and have rented several different truck lifts from them. Not only do they always deliver on time and with a smile, but they will come out whenever we need them to perform maintenance or bring us a new machine. We rarely have trouble with their machines but should anything go wrong, they will make it right before you know it. We will continue renting lifting machines from Atlantic Forklifts& Parts for the remainder of our time in Miami, and we recommend this company to everyone we do business with!

I visited Atlantic Forklifts and Parts Inc. last year when I was looking into buying a new forklift for my business. I wasn’t sure what kind of forklift we might need as we were a new business and I hadn’t dealt with the warehouse for very long. The sales people at Atlantic Forklifts were incredible and very patient with my lack of knowledge. They asked me a multitude of questions about how we would be using the machine and even guided me towards renting a used forklift instead of buying until I was sure that I needed it full time. Since then, my business has grown, and we do need a forklift full time but we bought it from Atlantic Forklifts because of their incredible customer service and savvy staff!

My business has been using Atlantic Forklifts for the last 20 years. We started out using them for on the job maintenance but since their business has grown so much, we send our forklifts in to be maintained by them regularly. Over the years, we have bought, rented and gotten routine maintenance from Atlantic Forklifts solely. They always treat us with respect and are extremely up front with us about cost. Our company deals with wholesale foods. As such, we have several large warehouses where we are constantly moving and packing large food products. We use several forklifts and upon expansion, decided to upgrade. Our forklifts were breaking down daily and we were in a good place to purchase some new ones. After consulting with Atlantic Forklifts and Parts, they were able to find us the same brand that we were used to working with at an affordable price.
