J & S Heating, Cooling & Drain Cleaning

I am so very satisfied with J&S and the work they've done in my basement. Other companies quoted us a lot more so I'm glad we went with J&S. We saved a lot of money and we got the work done fast and with someone we trusted to replace our furnace. We have also used them when our downstairs AC unit wasn't working and they came very fast. They have kept us informed every step of the way and there were no surprises. Overall I am very happy with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone in this area who want trustworthy and fast service.

Excellent service. I'd totally recommend to call them. This was a lifesaver. My heater stop working all of the sudden during a cold winter. I was shopping for furnace installer near Sussex County and came across J&S Heating using YP. After comparing prices with other heating companies in the area, J&S was the clear winner. Affordable, Quick, and reliable. I'm happy with my furnace!

J & S was referred to me by HMS my home warranty early January 2019. From beginning to end the professionalism and speed at which everything was moving was simply impeccable! Not only was Steve on top of the process, every single step of the way, but he made sure HMS was held accountable when a shipping issue occurred with their distributor. Once the furnace arrived Steve found availability that worked for me and made sure we had heat up and running. Not gonna lie the best part about this whole experience was after the work was done, he did a few courtesy calls to make sure our house was warm! I highly suggest Steve and his team :)

Great company. Would call them again. Steve was completely on top of the problem and had all the parts right on his truck. Toasty warm now and no more drip drip drip that the last guy left behind as calling card.

Excellent company. Very personal service Steve explained our problem he came in on time and did the job on budget very honest guy. No complaints even from my wife I would highly recommend him.

WARNING – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. These guys (Steve) put on a good show like they know what they are doing but then when the issue is not resolved they find one thing after another to blame. I worked with them through a warranty company which allowed them to do work based on their diagnoses. 10 days later our A/C unit stopped working. They came out again and quickly found something else to blame. (which was already tested and not an issue)
Worst part is they gave me one solution and then called in a DIFFERENT solution (or problem) to the warranty company because they really did not want to do additional work and just move on. He even asked me to leave when he called into the warranty company because he did not want me to hear his DIFFERENT “bull” solution to them.
This one puts on a good front but trust me will screw you in the end. Just like Steve did, when he ran away from the job, lit his cigarette and drove off. WARNING – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Referred to them by a warranty company. They botched the initial repair and when we called them , they tried to blame it on existing conditions. After haggling with us they came out and fixed it. They performed "shoddy" work and we would certainly not recommend them.
