Hill Manor Apartments

This has to be the worst complex I ever saw. They are renovating as they go and the apts. look nice but it is the people that work here. The manager keeps so much unnecessary problems going on, always mad, always fussing, and if you do not agree with her then she makes it miserable for you. If she does not like you she will do everything she can to get you to move or get the owners to make you move. The owners do not give you a chance to explain she is right...if your sick all you hear this is not a nursing home even from the owners. This is a disabled and elderly building a little compassion would be nice.
