Awful! Kids everywhere waiting, waiting, waiting to do things not enough employees then don’t book so many parties that you cannot accommodate!

Would not recommend! They wouldn’t let my 8 yr child who was the bday girl in the play area who was half inch taller than the dog arm. Yet, she was there 1 week prior and was allowed on it. That is why we booked her bday party there. You can’t keep changing rules weekly! You will never see us waste our money there again!

When we have a lock in and children come early we also go out and find out why they are here so early. It starts at 10 pm so there is no real need to come 2 hours early, besides we let them know about our presale tickets that save them $5.00 and get you head of the line privileges. If kids are acting up in line and not listening, we will tell them to save their money because they are going to have to leave the lock in if they can't listen to the staff that are enforcing safety rules. We have found that kids that cause problems in line waiting and give us a hard time, will not listen at all when they get tired. So the safety of the other children and staff it is better if they go home. You say that you have been there many times, then you would know that the owner doesn't swear. Our staff knows we don't tolerate any swearing and if kids are caught swearing depending on the severity they will be asked to leave. So I would are staff gives great customer service at the lock in. We strive to get better at every one. We have the best kid facility in the Tri State Area. Thanks to all our customers

I have been here many times and enjoyed myself even though for a big event you have to stand in line for several hours. The last time I TRIED to go was for the Lock-in on Saturday night, I have been to several of these and learned if you arent there by 8 the line starts to wrap around the building, so my friend and I got there about 8pm like I always do and there were already a few 9-10year olds there. About 15 mins later the Owner (this is my first and only experience with him) comes out and starts yelling at us for being there too early. None of us really said anything other than we were just waiting. After yelling for a few minutes about how inconsiderate we all were by being so early he told us we may as well save ourselves the $20 each because he decideds who gets in and who doesn't and he would just kick us out if he sees us in there. This made me mad and as my friend and I were walking to get in my vehicle I heard him yelling at these 9 or 10 year olds more telling them to call their f****** parents to come get them. This is now way to treat your coustomers or children in general. I will never go back. Oh, I forgot to mention a group of his childrens friends were there too and didnt get yelled at at all.
