Ferrellgas

If you can, go with another company. This is the worst. They are the most expensive, and require a 100 gallon minimum which is well over $500.00. If you don't have it your screwed. And they don't care what your situation is. Like for instance moving into a new home where Ferrell Gas is your only option because you rented a house with their propane tank. You move in to discover the tank is empty, its freezing outside, everyone in the house including your little ones are getting sick because its cold and there is no heat. They don't care about getting someone out right away. If you have an extra $200 laying around they care enough to send an emergency fill. The people there are a taco short and everytime I call for service I often wonder if the person on the phone "gets it" and if I will get service at all. Pathetic. I will never rent another house that has a Ferrell tank again. Go with GM if you can. They are the cheapest, they can actually give you a date when they are coming out, and don't require you to pay $500 plus just to come out. I paid $285 for 100 gallons in December, now they want over $500. Read the complaints on the web, they are being accused of price gauging. I can do without propane from Ferrell Gas. I'd rather take a cold shower than give those people another dime of mine. Moving out of this place and finding a place without a Ferrell gas tank. This just in, I visited their facebook page and posted my concerns of the price gauging and bad customer service, to notice a short time later, my comment was removed and I was blocked from posting anything else. You will find it odd, that not one comment on their page is negative, because they delete them. I have complained to the company, didn't do any good. So this morning I complained to every Tucson news station, an online complaint website, next.....Attorney General. When your greedy, you lose business, which is what happened in this case. My Landlord has two tanks for two different rental properties, and Ferrellgas will have to come pick them up soon, because luckily another company has been called in to replace Ferrellgas and their tanks. $2.55 a gallon with this new company. Karma, wouldn't you know.
