Squeaky Clean Grooming

My whole family takes our babies to Gypsy. She and Angel are just that.....ANGELS! I have never had an animal that needed grooming and from the first appointment step by step was explained to me....clippings, different types of cuts for different times of year, etc. We have been going here for year and we and our pets have never been happier. I had been taking mine to another place and I was so very unhappy but my son sent me to Gypsy. I will go nowhere else. My family and our babies love you.

Sharon Lewis, I feel like you should speak the truth when writing a review on a business and not make things up. We have never been impolite to you and have always accommodated to you and your dogs needs. Our business is not dark, dreary, or stinky and if you felt this way, you didn't have to continue to use our services. However for the past 4 years you didnt feel this way. We do have set business hours as most businesses do and we do understand that things happen and we do extend our hours to help our clients out. When you are 20-30 minutes to your appointment every time you have one we will don't stay past our business hours so you can show up when ever you feel is convenient. I would also like to add that you did not have to wait 2 months when your appointment was cancelled. Your appointment was cancelled due to a medical issue and was rescheduled from Wednesday August 26th to Thursday September 10th that is 2 weeks and 1 day. When I told you about our late policy you became extremely rude and stormed out while I was trying to speak with you. When you returned I politely told you that we will no longer be accepting you as a client, you again became extremely rude called us a "bunch of bitches" and slammed our door. We are happy to hear you found another dog groomer and hope things work out for the best. It's hard to be late when they come to you!

Gypsy and Angel are simply the best. They're great with our Maltese D'OG II.

Most affordable with greatest results. I've tried multiple other places for shedding treatments and was not impressed. Took my lab to gypsy and was amazed by the results!!

Went here for the 1st time since moving into Jefferson Co, Gypsy Smith is owner and groomer and she is awesome!. Not even knowing my dog she did such a great job, when I went to pick him up he was happy and so was I. I highly recommend giving this lady a try.
