Chanello's Pizza

Always have loved this place since I was a kid. Tonight kinda changed it for me, last time I ordered my pizza it came 20 min late and cold so I called to let them know and was told the next time I order I would receive a free lg pizza. They had no record of that tonight, I order the same 1lg EXTRA cheese and 1 lg pep pizza and they honored the 1 free pizza but brought me lg REGULAR cheese and 1 lg pep pizza. I guess I'm just frustrated because I expected them to fix this problem but instead they just pissed me off!!!

I order all the time. they make an awesome cheesesteak. pizza dough is different than most,unique and quite good. the pizza dips are out of this world. occaisionally they miss something on a custom order on a sub but a call back always gets it corrected.

Ordered online, When I showed up to pick up the order Items were missing no one apploigised or seemed to really care. All this would not bring me to write up a negative review if the food had of been good. My order 12 chicken wings (special reqs. section filled out to extra crispy/extra cooked) 2 meatball subs w/ double cheese 1 turkey sub What I got... 10 soggy chiken wings (told they just changed it to 10 instead of 12) 1 meatball sub without double cheese and the turkey sub with brown lettuce and two tiny soggy tomatoes. Oh yes and It all tasted like it came out of a frezzer and put into a microwave. By far the worst pizza/sub establishment I have ever been to! Excuse me while I throw the bit I did eat up!
