Friendly, however, BEWARE! They tried to WAY overcharge me to change a hose and clear a clog in a line. I have a feeling if I were a big burly man walking in there, instead of a young woman, I would have been given a different quote. On top of everything, they charged me $64 for "diagnosing" the problem (upon dropping off the car, I told them what was wrong with the AC).

Nice to see a family owned business run and work so smoothly. I didn't feel pressured and stressed out to do something or make a decision that I wasn't comfortable making and so i appreciate that. Everyone very friendly.

Excellent staff very friendly. Fast and was inexpensive.
