        Overall

        We bought a Vera Wang (Serta) mattress from Toby's two years ago, but had noticed recently that it was really sagging.  They sent store personnel out to examine the mattress, then decided that the sagging was unacceptable, so they replaced our mattress with a brand new Serta mattress (the Vera Wang line had been discontinued).  



        We applaud their responsiveness, courtesy, and apparent desire to keep us as customers.
