Better Property Solutions

I worked for the owner of this company, and I was also a tenant. I stayed for around 2 years, and returned the place in MUCH better condition than when I moved in. Believe it or not, he had his maintenance guys lie about things in the house about how they were left when I moved out. I had pictures of the place as we were cleaning, repainting, repairing and so forth. The scuttle hole to the attic was NEVER EVER touched from the moment I moved in, til the moment I moved out... EVER, and he said I did damage in the attic. He also said I did shoddy electric work in the house when I NEVER touch ANY wiring EVER. I am NO ELECTRICIAN, and I would never mess with such things, as I also have small children living in the house.The carpet that was in the house when I moved in was used, and he tried to make claims of stains we put in the carpet. My advice, STAY AWAY from this company, as he is a very dishonest man. It is more important to this man to have his attorney earn his money than for him to pay what he owes.
