Reciptionist is horrible and looks at you hatefully and is of NO help at all. They first screwed us over by not checking into our VSP and then continued to argue with us about what it covered, they finally called them and discovered we were telling the truth. Then they told me they would be willing to get my a free trial pair of contacts without an contact exam since I had a year worth of my other prescription and it only changed slightly, then if the contact made a big difference I could come back in and get the exam to get new contacts. When I checked on them a week later when I received my new glasses they went back on what they said telling me that they never said any of that and that we never talked about contacts when my husband and I stood right there when he told me that and told me to make sure they got those trial pair of contacts ordered for me. The reciptionist even told me they would get them ordered for me. To boot they never called me to let me know what was going on I had to inquire about them when I went in to get my glasses.

All in all I am very unhappy with the service and how they treat their customers. I will not be going back and will drive clear to Tyler to get my eyes checked by someone else. I have NEVER had a contact exam since I started wearing contacts 14 years ago nor have I EVER been charge extra for the doctor to look at my contacts in my eyes. It is stupid and unnecessary, they are only out to get more money since it is $40 just for that!
