Wagner & Associates Tax Solutions

Robert Wagner and Associates is the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are very quick to meet with you the first time and take your money. Then, they are never in the office. I was told by the receptionist that Robert takes Mondays off, doesn't like to come in on Tuesday, Works 10-1 on Wednesdays and Thursdays and doesn't come in on Fridays. You can leave as many messages as the receptionist can take and he will never return your phone call. I have made several appointments with him where I verified that he was coming in that day with the receptionist and still sat in the waiting room for over 2 1/2 hours and he never showed up. He assured me that he filed an appeal with the IRS for me and when I hired an attorney ,after the fact, I found out that he had never done anything on my behalf and had ignored all correspondence from the IRS and because of his negligence the IRS had sent me to collections. If you are looking for someone to give you any attention to the matter in which you hire them or to solve any of your tax problems, this company is definitely not the company that you want to hire. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

I met with him over a year ago for a very simple task. He seemed very positive when we met. He took all the money up front and then I never heard from him. I had to continually reach out and e-mail him multiple times for a response as my e-mails would be ignored.

After multiple e-mails and calls he eventually assured me that everything was taken care of and that my file had been closed. Months later I received additional letters from the IRS stating that I still owed money and that a late penalty was added. This will now effect my credit and cost me more money.

Robert stated that he contacted the IRS. I called the IRS myself and they had no record of him even contacting him. I asked for my money back. I have attempted to contact him multiple times through e-mail, phone calls and even face to face meetings. He has cancelled my appointments multiple times and still failed to e-mail me back. When I call his office he refuses to take calls.

This tax advisor got us into some hot water with the IRS by failing to communicate with us. We haev since relieved him of his responsibilities and aquired assistance wlsewhere. Our new tax guy gave us more answers and guidance in three e-mails and one visit than the previous one did in two years. I would NOT recommend this tax advisor (unless it was to a federal representative who I wanted to end up in federal prison for tax fraud!

Robert and his cronies did my taxes in 2011, 2012 and 2013. We are audited for 2011 and now 2013.

Robert is far too aggressive, prompting the audit in 2011. I spoke with Tax agents who are all aware of him in the IRS office and the tactics he uses. He took off in 2013 leaving us in the lurch. Some lady who we didn't get to meet finished off the taxes. Audited for both.... not worth it. Use tax agents that don't get you audited, 2/3 kinda sucks.

Mr Wagner is by far the most personable, knowledgeable and professional tax preparer I have met thus far. He took the time to get to know me personally.

Robert guided and advised me through my personal and business tax returns.

I left feeling more educated and confidant that I was in good hands and I will be using Mr. Wagner from this point on knowing, that he is available year round for any questions or concerns that I may have.

When it comes to tax issues, Robert is extremely knowledgable and is more than willing to help. You can also trust Robert to keep your issues confidential. I would certainly recommend Robert to my friends and family members.
