I cannot express how irritated I am with this establishment. I have had to send my husband to get his hair cut as I have hurt my hand, I even got him the VIP package so he would have a great experience. However both times coming home he is irritated and frustrated with the whole process. He has to come home and try to fix the mistakes that your stylist cannot seem to figure out. Everything is uneven the front of his hair is actually shorter than the rest of his hair! In what world is that ok, to let your client leave with their hair in worse shape than when they got there. He will defiantly be finding another establishment with better service and quality stylist. Your ambiance you provide does not outweigh the horrible service.
