No matter what the issue, from routine maintenance to required repairs, their professionalism and quality of work without the normal “up sell everything” mentality are a refreshing change from what you find from dealerships and the mass-market chain outfits. And the prices are honest, fair and affordable. Good folks all around. I have recommended them to friends who also now call Sansone’s their car care place.

My past experiences with Sansone have been excellent. For the past 2 years, they have been servicing both my 2009 Acura MDX, and 2004 Lexus LS 430. Frankly, they are fast, courteous, trustworthy, and competent.



They have not tried to "oversell" repairs, or suggest any unnecessary upgraded items/services. I find them to offer professional services at reasonable rates, while using OEM parts.

I have been happy to find Sansone Automotive through my friends, the Finks and the Kama's. Sansone is the first auto shop I have been confident to take my car to. Chuck is always especially helpful.

The only complaint I have is that I am the only driver of my car and I do not like to have my seat moved. I know I keep it up close to the steering wheel but most others manage for the short time they have to be in the car. So when I get in and I am too far back to reach the gas pedal or the back of my seat is not behind me due to someone leaning it far back, I'm not too pleased.

That would be my main request, that my seat not be moved.

Otherwise as far as repairs and taking care of my car Sansone is great.

I had Sansone's do a 100,000 mile service recently on my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. I used to take my vehicle there many years ago, but then I moved and found a shop that was much closer to where I lived. Well, I'm back for good now after this recent experience. Quality service that was on time, on budget and honest - and well worth the extra drive. Thanks Chuck and Ken!

As always Sansone's has performed another flawless repair on my 1998 4Runner. They are as good or even better on repairs when needed on my Honda and Toyota. Their 2 year 24,000 mile warranty on work performed exceeds the Honda and Toyota Dealers 1 year 12,000 mile warranty on work and parts. And the cost of Sansone's Parts and Labor is less expensive than any Dealer.

The repairs were done in record time. I really appreciate the shuttle service and being advised of any problems that were present and that might impact future parts failures. The fact that your facility is close to my house is also a plus.

My severely challenged, 1999 Lexus received a welcome makeover. With over 187,000 miles, it's running as smooth as ever. In giving it to my daughter for her daily commute, I feel confident she's in a safe ride. Service was timely. The quote was fair and Sansone's delivered the repairs slightly under estimate.
