        AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS!!...

        AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS!!! I retained Mr Minicozzi in July 2011 for a simple bankruptcy. During the last 15 months his firm has been unwilling or unable to resolve my case. There have been 3 different office assistants during this time, all of them promising me that they were working on it and it would be soon. None of them were able to get Mr. Minicozzi to return my phone calls. The last time I saw or spoke to Mr Minicozzi was the day I handed him my retainer check. After about a year it became clear to me that Mr Minicozzi had no intention of resolving my case but every intention of keeping my retainer, so I sent a registered letter firing him (which his office refused to sign for). Only after filing a complaint with the Nevada State Bar has Mr. Minicozzi contacted me. It is now October 2012. I am demanding my retainer back. Please use my experience as a warning and look elsewhere.
