I had a very excellent experience with a very knowledgeable salesperson Klarissa Pope. She explained various aspects on the furniture I was interested in for my home and I am satisfied with my selection thanks to her. I would recommend all my family and friends to come here for their needs and ask for this sales person Klarissa Pope.

I bought a sofa sectional over 2 months ago which had a chaise at one end which came defective the first time,so I had to have another delivered which when they delivered it they scratched our hard wood floors and as of today I’ve since had to have 4 more chaises delivered and still not one good chaise yet and have had no one show up or even follow up on our scratched floors! Sooo unperfessional and the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with a buissness of this nature!!!!

We came in on January 1st to look around and purchase furniture but because we were closing on our home we had to come back. Debra was on top of all our questions and was super knowledgeable. Very friendly so when we were finally ready to purchase our furniture we came back to her and she did an awesome job!

We went to Ashley Furniture to furnish a very small 1 bedroom apt. for my mother-in-law, who will be moving to an adult independent living facility. James Lytle ll, did a fantabulous job of helping us find the perfect pieces. A special shout out to Jerry for helping us with the initial visit and helped us choose the couch and chair.

Rebecca was a fantastic sales person, easy to work with and very helpful throughout. I found her to be very knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs and what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by our salesman, he just told us his name and said if we had any questions he'd be happy to asnswer them. I didn't feel pressured at all. We picked out a few things rather quickly and then our salesman took us over to look at king mattresses to go with our new bed. He took the time to show me a few options I was interested in, sterns & foster and sealy posturpedic. Although I didn't make a decision on the mattress just yet we did get a beautiful king bed with 2 night stands and a dining room table. We have a whole house to furnish so we will definitely be back to see Michael.

My experience today was Excellent Daniel Hayes helped me with everything today I found everything and got everything I needed (: thank you !

Never had so much fun buying furniture. Large selection and clean store. Be sure to ask for Brandon.

What a wonderful experience! Salesman Irwin Feder was very helpful, and was able to suggest several pieces from different sets that went beautifully with the furniture we were trying to match! He was able to help us personalize our home, and without his help and decorating expertise, my daughter and I would have left the store feeling discouraged without having made any purchases. He was very patient - this location/sales team is highly recommended!

Daniel was awesome and super helpful! Great selection and great service! Go Ashley! We will be back!

Antonio H. showed remarkable patience and knowledge with both my wife and me is selecting a bedroom set and mattress. He is very friendly and more interested in selling furniture that we are comfortable with (and on) than in maximizing his commission. Ask for him when you visit for the best in service!

Tony F., my salesman, was terrific. Very patient offering suggestions and feedback on any questions that I had. Gave me his full attention the entire time and adding some tips that he thought I might find beneficial in my quest to design my house. He even rearranged furniture so that I could figure out how to make a living room set fit appropriately in my area. When John, the manager came to close the deal at the end of purchase he was thorough and went over every little detail to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely come back to Ashley furniture for any future purchases!

Lindsey is very, very funny. Not only did she have a great personality but she was extremely knowledgeable about the product line. My wife ,daughter, and i had the best experience. Way to go Lindsey.

You should look for this woman once you visit their location in Henderson,Ms.Corky is an outstanding sales representative in Ashley Furniture Store,she satisfied us of everything we need.

Everyone we dealt with at the Henderson store was very helpful, polite and accommodating. They extended great customer service and we were in and out of the store quickly. We love our new sectional.

My girlfriend and I are new to Henderson and just bought our first home. Needless to say we have nothing in our house. We went in right when they opened and Daniel "red" was there to greet us. Normally you have guys/girls who follow you around like vultures, but daniel asked what we were looking for and showed us the section and just let us roam. And we loved that! He was close enough to answer any questions but not too close to invade. Once we were ready he explained all the deals/and offers they had . In the end he rang us up quick and helped us out with our budget and deliveries. Because of him we are sitting on our brand new couch today!!! Thank you Daniel for all your help!! We will find you next time we need some furniture!!!
