As a past customer, I was expecting that I would get good service. However, after setting an appointment with the compnay, they never showed up or called. It's now been 4 days and still no response, and this is after repeated phone calls to the office.

In a business climate in which customer service and courtesy is paramount, I am asking that you don't use this firm. There has to be someone better in the local area!
