After waiting a month for my packages to arrive they had made modifications that were not agreed upon that were described as upgrades. When in fact it was inferior craftsmanship that wouldn't hold up to two or three applications of the desiccator.

When confronted about changing the design he backpedaled and said that he thought that it would be a worthwhile upgrade and that it was something new that he was experimenting with That would be unique to our store only.

I'm sure that was the case considering the poor design wouldn't hold up and I doubt he would've made it a permanent change.

I spent over $1000 on Chambers to which I was never fully satisfied nor did I receive a refund I was told numerous times the replacement packages were in route and that there were shipping issues to which my calls were finally just not answered and neglected altogether. I was told to get the substandard chambers out to clients and get them using them and testing them to see how the seals would hold up it didn't take very long for the Chambers to start coming back to which Chuck G would guarantee me that he would make the order right as soon as he had more material or could work out the shipping issues. Basically I just kept getting the runaround in more ways than one then he finally stopped answering the calls altogether and just ignored my correspondence once my PayPal window had closed and I couldn't demand a refund. Don't let this man for you he knows what he's doing and that's probably why he had to leave Texas to go to a new state to conduct his business.
