Saucon Valley Manor

I never saw a nurse. They have med techs in charge. They did not know how to handle my Uncles care. I understand they have a nurse or two on staff. But, what I understood the nurses were not in charge of the resident care or staff. Resident care seems not to be the main objective. Do yourself a favor stay away. And do not work there. I saw how horrible the staff was treated.

My mother had a weak shoulder throughout her life. Luckily, she can just take the elevator downstairs at Saucon Valley Manor to Good Shepard Rehabilitation Center. Good Shepard does a great job to engage my mom and help her strengthen her shoulder.

My mother is so happy with her choice to move to Saucon Valley Manor out of all the facilities we looked at. Not only does she attend the activities every day, but she also gets a visit from her minister and a couple of church friends every Sunday which is very important to her.

Saucon Valley Manor has been very good to my father who was a resident in the secured dementia unit. The staff treated him as family, and it was so comforting to see him so content and at peace when I would go visit him almost every day. I was very thankful for the activities department keeping him active and social with the other residents.

This was the worst experience! My mom was so unhappy that i could not keep here there, it’s scary how this place is even still open. Anyway, the point is my mom needs help at night and this place cannot provide this sort of help, although they would market their great service. I highly recommend you find another place for your loved ones

Like all previous reviews, it feels that no one is available to take care of our loved ones... my dad needed help and it took 45 min for anyone to come over... This place is horrible... I could not keep my dad more than two weeks, he was spending his time waiting for care that never came. The place is dirty!!! owners mistreated employees and obviously did not spend enough money on maintaining the place. I just can't seem to find a single positive thing about this place. KEEP OUT

personally, i think this place is beyond horrible. i stood over with my mom for about 3 days and the residents get treated so horribly. the help bells rang for hours, about 6 at a time on all floors. one specific med technician called elizabeth montaya is very rude. in all hopes she gets let go from there. she was the one that didn't answer any bells and just sat and played on her phone. horrible people to work with.

my mother is now at gracedale happy, best care i ever paid for.

Great Place Highly Recommend!!! Very accessible location! Huge facility with well orchestrated personnel! Very very exceptional care and family of hard working and talented people. They take good care and have activities for residents. I really recommend it my Aunt is there and is very happy!

Previous review is so wrong! We were looking for a new location for my Dad and did research on Whitehall Manor, there was no particular death situation as such, their care is very exception. One of the best in the entire state, they just got awarded top licensing and is the facility everybody else is emulating. Really good people. Families come in and out and they are happy. I highly recommend it!
