The crew is always super nice!

if i could give a negative review i would it took almost 20 minutes to get the food. i saw the person that took my order argue with another customer in front of me then she had attitude with me one of the other people behiond the counter in the food making area wiped her nose on her sleave and went back to making food without washing her hands and arms upto and above where she wiped her nose

I work at this sore and whenever I'm working I ensure customers are getting quality product weather it's hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, fries, or potatoes. But one thing I can tell you the management suck and needs to be replaced they clearly dont care about you. They work you out of your availability. The GM sits in her office a good 40 hours out of 50 for a week. When she should be on line working with HER FELLOW EMPLOYEES that she forgets she has. She plays favorites. Some equal opportunity NOT. Also they ask for an obituary if you need a day off for a day off for a funeral for a family member or you won't get it. Like they don't believe you or care. Never get asked how my days going or anything. Honestly the worst job I have had.

Wendy's has always been one of my favorite places. I don't live of that side of town so it is always a treat to go there. Imagine my disappointment today when I get back to work and my sandwiche looks like it has been thrown together by a two year old. No cheese and dry as a bone with the little square piece of meat suppose to resemble a patty. I have just had a great experience destroyed. Someone should take a long look at what quality of product you are now serving.
