Overall

"A few months ago my daughter won a gift certificate for $250.00 off a photo sitting with Impact Photography. When she made the appointment she was asked to make a deposit of $150. which she did.

Once the photo shoot was scheduled and the deposit was made, we found out that the date we had chosen wasn't the best choice for some of our family members. We tried several times to contact them and move the date, but they were very hard to work with and would not budge. This was a big deal for our family, as we do not get everyone in the same location very often and in clothes that work together.

At the start of the photo shoot,Todd, was friendly and professional. Near the end of our shoot one of our family members had a special request for another picture to be taken. It was then that Todd's mood changed and he seemed annoyed with our request but took the picture.

As we left the photo shoot location Todd told us to call and make an appointment to come and select our pictures so we could have them before Christmas.

Upon arrival to view photos we were greeted and taken back to the screening room. We narrowed down the views we liked and started asking about prices on prints. Todd asked for our budget and when I told him it was under $200. he said, "Well the only thing you can afford is an 11x14 and maybe an 8x10 with your deposit and coupon credit."

We were wanting to buy the digital rights to the pictures we liked. Todd refused to sell them saying that they didn't sell digital photos to anyone. When we left Todd promised to call us before Christmas to come pick up our prints. Christmas and New Years Day came without any call from Impact Photography. Finally a week into January I still hadn't received any word and called to see if the prints were ready. I was told they were and that they had tried to called my daughter and left a message before Christmas to tell us they were ready. After checking with her I found that this was false. Neither one of us had received a call.

After finally receiving the prints we noticed the print quality and post processing work was greatly lacking and inconsistent. He mentioned that he would be photoshopping a binky out of the photo, which he didn't do.

I sure expected to get a lot more with the $600.00 than what we received. Beware!!!!
