Aspen Fitness Center

Me and my husband just started going there and it is absolutely amazing. They have answers for every question we have or will direct me to someone who has an answer. All of their equipment is very nice tanning is awesome and they have the kids club which helps us soooo much. Everyone is so helpful and inviting and motivating. Even the other customers r very respectful. We have not had a problem. I even have a couple of the employees on my facebook just in case i have any questions .... Absolutely love aspen fitness in heath.

This is a great club! The members are helpful the staff are also really nice. The selection of free weights are awesome vas well as the machines.

I authorized a one time payment for my son over the phone. They continued to take out payments from my card after my son stopped going. I called repeatedly and told them not to use my card and they refused to stop. I had to change my credit card number and go to the BBB. Shady!!!!

Great hours, great equipment. I would like to recommend that they start a program where members can sign up to have a work out partner. The sign up sheet should state, time of working out, male or female partner, goals. I think it would be a great thing to have there and keep members coming back if they commit to someone and are responsible for meeting someone else.....not so much a class.

I find this woman's review to be quite fascinating. I joined the club when it first opened and not only was the cancellation process explained to me, but it was clearly outlined in the paperwork that it could take up to 60 days for the cancellation papers to go through. Sounds to me like this woman really doesn't pay to much attention to what she is signing when she does it. Good way to get screwed. So don't give a reputable business a bad rap because of your incompetance as an adult. You can't expect a refund when you signed a legally binding document. This club is fantastic. Friendly atmosphere, great up-to-date equipment, and great staff. I would highly recommend this club

my boyfriend and i signed up with them because their membership is month to month. we paid our last month up front and were told that if we gave notice before the next billing cycle, they would stop charging our credit card. they were super friendly. well we turned in our cancellation paperwork, and even though they processed it before the next billing cycle, they charged us again. in fact, they put in their cancellation paperwork that they could charge us for another 2 billing cycles before taking our pre-paid final month into account! when i called to tell them that this was not clear and was glossed over when we signed up, they told me to go look up my paperwork. instead of giving me back my money, which would have been REAL customer service, Steve was cold as ice. I asked if there was anything he was willing to do to help me, and he said, No. He could have credited my credit card, but instead he told me Tough.



Their service exists only to get you in the door. Once you are there they will charge your credit card as long as possible, nevermind that they had already processed your information. It is clear to me that these men are cold calculating businessmen and their tiny facility is merely a facade to make money - NOT TO PROVIDE ACTUAL SERVICE!



DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON ASPEN!
