Food is decent, prices good, but won't go back. Here's why. Politely asked witress if they accept Discover. She said yes. I had cash and Visa too, so it was no big deal.
Apparently it was a VERY Big Deal to the rest of the staff. I went to the counter to pay and put down the card on the counter, and he pushed it back and semi rudely said, "Visa Mastercard Only," in a manner as though I was trying to walk out without paying. Then the waitress said, "just swipe it, it will go through, I just took one." Then they started arguing, and then the dirty looking fellow behind the counter POINTS at me and says "Mastercard Visa ONLY!. I wasn't trying to force the Discover card on them, they just sort of went NUTS. I didn't even say anything. I just handed them the Visa. Then some little guy comes out of the back and sticks his finger out points at the Visa and Mastercard sign as if I'm trying to pull something on them. I was mortified, and apparently these people must be nuts. They proceeded to argue amongst themselves. From outside, I turned around and they still looked like they were fighting among themselves.
I eat out often, and have never seen such actions on the part of restaurant staff in my life. Sure, the food is cheap, but it is just average food. They wrecked my dinner and I won't be going back. I figure if they act that crazy at the register, I am afraid of what might be going on behind the wall in the kitchen.
I'll go somewhere where I don't get insulted for dessert.

Great food...friendly service...reasonable prices. The best deal is their personal pizza...for $3.50 it's more than enough for 2 people.

I have been taking my 90 year old mother to Brother Bruno for years now. My whole family meets us there and we take the round corner table. No matter what we order, there's plenty of fresh, well seasoned food for all. I particulary like their mussels in marinara sauce as well as their sausage with peppers hot sub. You should try a slice of Grandma's pizza if you really want a treat. My brother and sister-in-law come all the way down from Vermont to see Mom and they always take back a couple of orders of veal parm to enjoy the following week. They give you enough to eat every night.
