Hazel Park Laundromat

Won't be back! Woman who works there was sitting behind the desk bent down smoking!!!! I have asthma and did not appreciate having my clean comforters and myself smelling like cigarettes!

For the past few months my husband and I have been using this laundromat, everything was basically fine until tonight when a woman who was working there (not Sandy apparently because she was screaming that Sandy would kick us all out) began screaming at several people for misunderstanding which washers and dryers were closed. She closed most of them very early even though she herself was doing large amounts of laundry that took up many of the working dryers. She began yelling that she was going to throw everyone out right at 8:30 even though the sign clearly states that the last load has to be in by 8:30 not that they close the doors at 8:30 (btw even without her saying anything everyone was on schedule to be out by 8:40). It was very apparent to everyone that she had somewhere to be right at 8:30 and wasn't prepared to stay till the end of her shift. She even screamed at customers for accidentally walking on the floor that was mopped (but dry) and for using the clean counter to fold their (clean) clothes even though she was taking up all of the counter space in the small area she left open. They have an attitude there like they are doing people a favor by being there instead of recognizing that we are doing them a favor by choosing to go to that laundromat. I will never go there again.
