Clark & Schoenbeck

Paul Schoenbeck was a Godsend (literally) when I found him during my divorce. It was brutal and my husband was raking me through the coals. Paul dove in and saved me from the onslaught of blows that my husband's pompous lawyers were putting me through. In no time at all he had dominated the other side and I ultimately received EVERYTHING I asked for. He was heartfelt and genuinely concerned for me and my special needs son. Years later, my ex-husband and I reconciled and married again. We were going through a financially stressful time and trying to hold on when Paul and his wife show up at our door around Christmas to give us a basket from his church! God bless this man!

I received a card in the mail from them, and it reminded me of the Incredible dishonest man Mr Clark is.
I will give you the short story. I hired Mr Clark several years back to send a Cease-and-desist order to stop another firm from illegal activity using my name. I saw the letter he wrote and paid for the work done to produce it, I also paid a premium for delivery of the letter. The other party who would receive this notice had 21 days to respond or we would have to begin another process and the courts would be notified. I waited for the reply and one never came. Mr Clark told me over and over that we need to file an injunction with the courts and proceed forward with a lawsuit. It turns out the letter was not sent and it was a ploy to get me to deposit a lager sum of money with this firm to proceed with a court battle. Which would cost tens of thousands of dollars and keep money flowing in his pocket.
This all came to light when I felt uneasy and hired another law firm to send a new letter.
The response was immediate and they told me a letter had never come prior to this one.
I confronted Mr Clark and caused a fuss and the end result much later from him was it must have been an office error.
This happened around 2010, I don't know if he has changed since then? But I will never work with him again.
