Used their bus for family reunion city tour the driver was very knowledgeable about SF city and co-operative, their new coaches are very clean . excellent service.

We used this bus compnay for a fund raiser on Saturday, May 10, 2008. The bus was not in good working order. The air conditioning was not working over any of the seats, the rest room was "FILTHY" and 'FULL OF ROACHES". Part of the ceiling fixtures were hanging with screws falling. The bus would not start up at one point and the started had to be hit with a hammer. the front doors would not close at one point. We contacted the owner and she hung the phone up on us and would not listen to the complaints.
