It will not let you rate it 0 stars or I would. I ordered , what appreared online as a lovely arrangement for my mother for Mothers day. I have seen pictures of several arrangements I have sent her with this florist over the years, but for my what I thought I was ordering and what my mother was delivered was embarrassing. I will never use this place again. I called the lady up to let her know it looked nothing like what was online and she was very rude, unprofessional, and said "You just go get them and bring them up here and I will fix them..." are you kidding me, if I was with my momma for Mothers Day, I wouldnt be sending her flowers-- I could run to Walmart and get a better arrangement than this.! Seriously. Then she followed that with , "Well, we will just go get them and re-do them" are you kidding me, what kind of inconsiderate person would do that to someone??? This lady had a horrible attitude, as though no one had ever told her her arrangements were less than what was anticipated to arrive for someone. NOTHING AS TO THE PICTURE AND she had no email or any way to send her a picture. She asked if anyone knew who made the arrangement, then later in the call she said Oh I know what was in the arrangement I made it. I will never do business with this horrible place again-- there are too many options, and too many online options to have some rude person speak to me as though I had no right to let them know how dissatisfied I was with the product. Zero professionalism, Zero pride in arrangements or customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. yes, I ordered the Deluxe upgrade option for this arrangement.
