We needed to replace our existing aluminum gutters because they have not been installed properly and were not functioning. Several Spokane contractors came to bid for the job and I was very disappointed by their unprofessionalism, arrogance, and lack of integrity. When Scott from Jimbo's (in Idaho) came he was like a ray of sunshine. He was very courteous, respectful, and professional. He was very through with his explanations about the problems we had with our existing gutters, how the existing downspouts needed to be reconfigured and where new ones needed to be installed. He was the only contractor that actually climbed on the roof.



Scott and Nolan came to do the project at what an incredible experience that was! Nolan has 13 yrs experience in the field and he is such a wonderful person. He took the time to show me how they make the seamless gutters and their elegant riveted hand cut corners in the back of their truck, he checked with me and asked me questions before installing the downspouts, he even took the time to paint behind a downspout per my request.



Also Joan at the office is such a sweetheart and she was very patient and addressed all my concerns.
