Terribly organized office. Do not go there. The most frustrating staff I have ever seen. No charts available and I had a completely aggravating experience there.

I had an insurance issue (who doesn't?), and they helped me clear it up. The service was understanding and professional. Thank you for the stellar work you provide.

please stay away from this place but if you decide to go: double check the papers that you have to sign and dont accept any treatments unles they have explained the cost , specially at the middland park location.
