        Overall

        Donna Boles of Hawthorne Insurance knows her business and provides outstanding customer service. Homeowners insurance for rural houses in Florida can be difficult to obtain. We were caught in that situation and our previous insurance agency of 30+ years was no help. We turned to Donna and she immediately helped us locate a policy, worked with us to rectify concerns the company had, and in general fixed a very thorny situation for us. Highly recommend her.
