Starbucks Coffee

i have been going to this location for 6 days a week, occasionaly i would have my drink wrong which is ok, stopped going there a few times due to missing my drink and having do it over or just long lines, however today after placing my order and waiting for exactly 14 minutes seeing other patrons that came after me leaving before me with their drinks I inquired about my drink and was told by the barista that I go by the order of cups and mine is coming up and there were about 4cups ahead of me, at which point i asked for my money back and left, I know that this may sound funny to some but what upset me most is that after I left the comments that were made about me, this was told to me by a friend that was still there, so now this location has lost my business as well as my friends.
